Trimebutine maleate regulates gut movement and is used for irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain and functional digestive disorders. It acts on opioid receptors in the gut wall, calming overactive bowel and stimulating sluggish bowel. It comes as 100–200 mg tablets, oral suspension and injection; the reference brand is Debridat. PharmaTradz sources it for importers, hospitals and tenders, and shares GMP certificates and CoA before you commit.

Product Description:
Trimebutine maleate is a gut motility regulator that acts as an agonist at peripheral mu, kappa and delta opioid receptors in the enteric nervous system, and also modulates ion channels in smooth muscle. It can either stimulate or inhibit motility depending on the gut's state: it stimulates activity in a hypomotile bowel and dampens it in a hyperactive one. Hence its description as an enteric "modulator" rather than a simple antispasmodic.
It is used for abdominal pain, cramping and bloating in irritable bowel syndrome, and for other functional disorders involving disordered motility, including postoperative ileus in some markets. It works for both constipation-predominant and diarrhoea-predominant symptoms. It does not cross into the brain in meaningful amounts, so it lacks central opioid effects and abuse potential. Adverse effects are uncommon and mild — dry mouth, drowsiness, rash and minor gastrointestinal disturbance.
