This capsule combines raspberry fruit extract, green tea extract and Garcinia cambogia, and is marketed for weight management. Raspberry products for weight loss are usually built around raspberry ketone, a flavour compound whose fat-burning effect has been shown only in laboratory and animal studies at very high doses. Green tea extract supplies caffeine and catechins that modestly increase energy expenditure. Garcinia cambogia contains hydroxycitric acid, which inhibits fat synthesis in laboratory models.

Controlled human trials show at most very small, short-term effects on weight for any of these ingredients, and none for raspberry ketone. Safety concerns are more concrete: concentrated green tea extract and Garcinia cambogia have both been associated with serious liver injury, and the EU restricted EGCG from green tea extracts in supplements in 2022. Caffeine content matters for people with heart conditions, anxiety or pregnancy. Any weight-loss product should be stopped if signs of liver problems appear.

Sourcing notes. Buyers should specify the dose of each component, with EGCG and caffeine kept within destination limits. Weight-loss supplements are a common target for adulteration with undeclared drugs, so third-party testing for adulterants should be required. Weight-loss claims are tightly restricted in most markets.
