Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide Suspension is an oral antacid formulation used to provide fast and effective relief from symptoms caused by excess stomach acid. It works by neutralizing gastric acid in the stomach, thereby reducing irritation and discomfort associated with conditions such as heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and dyspepsia.
