Gastrointestinal Drugs
Tenapanor is a minimally absorbed small-molecule inhibitor of the sodium/hydrogen exchanger NHE3 in the intestines. It works by reducing sodium absorption and increasing intestinal fluid, helping relieve constipation in IBS-C. In patients with chronic kidney disease on dialysis, it helps reduce phosphate absorption from the gut, lowering serum phosphorus levels. The drug is taken orally and remains mostly within the gastrointestinal tract.
Tenapanor Hydrochloride is available in Tablets
and strengths such as 30mg, 50mg.
Sourced from GMP-certified and ISO-compliant manufacturers, this API meets
global pharmacopeia standards (USP/EP/JP as applicable). Ideal for pharmaceutical
formulation and commercial manufacturing, Tenapanor Hydrochloride is supplied in
bulk quantities with complete regulatory support including DMF, COA, and MSDS.
