Tezepelumab (Tezspire, Amgen and AstraZeneca) is a monthly injection for severe asthma that blocks TSLP, a signal at the top of the airway inflammation cascade. It is also approved for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. PharmaTradz handles enquiries for authorised supply of the originator product (named-patient and import-permit orders), and connects developers and licensees preparing for patent and exclusivity expiry.

Product Description:
Tezepelumab is a monoclonal antibody against thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), a protein released by the airway lining when it meets allergens, viruses or pollution. TSLP sets off several inflammatory pathways at once. Because tezepelumab acts at this early point, it helps patients with both eosinophilic and non-eosinophilic (low-biomarker) severe asthma, unlike biologics that target a single pathway.
It is used as add-on maintenance treatment for severe asthma in adults and adolescents from 12 years, and approval for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps followed in 2025. The dose is 210 mg under the skin every four weeks, from a pre-filled pen or syringe. It reduces asthma attacks and hospital visits; it is not a rescue treatment for an acute attack.
Sourcing notes. Tezepelumab is patented and there is no biosimilar. It is a cold-chain product. Mepolizumab, benralizumab, dupilumab and omalizumab are also listed on PharmaTradz.
