This combination is used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial), asthma, and chronic urticaria (hives). It relieves symptoms like sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, watery eyes, and breathing difficulty caused by allergies.
Each tablet contains two active ingredients:Montelukast Sodium – a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks substances causing airway inflammation.Levocetirizine Hydrochloride – a second-generation antihistamine that reduces allergic responses such as itching, sneezing, and watery eyes.Common strengths: Montelukast 10 mg + Levocetirizine 5 mg per tablet.
