Multivitamins: Private Label Tablets, Capsules and Gummies
Multivitamins are a top search in the US, India, Brazil, the Philippines and Mexico. We help brands design and make multivitamin ranges in India under their own label.
A multivitamin is a formulation project
A multivitamin has many ingredients, and each one has its own minimum and maximum levels in your market. Most brands start from the reference intake for their market (for example the nutrient reference values in the EU or the daily values in the US) and design ranges for men, women, people over 50 and children.
More ingredients mean more ways to get it wrong. Some vitamins degrade faster than others, some minerals are bulky, and the label must show each nutrient in the right units and order. A good plant has done this many times and will help you balance the formula against tablet size and cost.
In the US, supplements that contain iron must carry a specific warning about accidental overdose in children. Every market has rules like this, and we check your label against them.

What to check before you order
Formula against local limits
Each nutrient within the minimum and maximum levels of your market.
Content per batch
Key vitamins and minerals tested per batch, with overages for the less stable ones.
Tablet size
Many ingredients can make a large tablet. Balance the formula against what customers will swallow.
Warnings
Iron warnings, children's dose limits and other required statements for your market.
Label format
Supplement Facts in the US, nutrition tables in the EU and UK, and local formats elsewhere.
Your market
Registration or notification rules, and the claims you can make.
Formats we can arrange
| Format | Good for | Things to decide |
|---|---|---|
| Tablets | Full formulas at low cost | Size, coating, tablets per day |
| Capsules | Smaller formulas, sensitive ingredients | Capsules per day, shell type |
| Effervescent tablets | Pharmacy ranges, popular in the Middle East | Flavour, sodium per tablet |
| Gummies | Children and convenience | Fewer nutrients per gummy, sugar content |
Gummies cannot hold a full mineral formula. Gummy multivitamins usually leave out iron and some minerals.
How it works with PharmaTradz
You send the product, format, strength per serving, market, pack and the quantity you have in mind.
Two or three Indian plants that already make that format, with their licences, certifications and export history. Names under a confidential disclosure agreement once the requirement is firm.
We agree the formula, format and size, and you receive samples with their test results.
Your brand and artwork, checked against the rules of the market you sell in: label format, permitted ingredients and levels, and the claims you are allowed to make.
Batch made with a Certificate of Analysis, and third-party test reports where your market or your retailer asks for them.
Same plant, same formula and same specifications, scheduled to your sales.
Problems we see most often
Levels above local limits
A formula built for one market can exceed limits in another. Check each market.
Large tablets
A full formula can make a tablet customers find hard to swallow. Split the dose or change the format.
Missing warnings
Iron and children's products need specific warnings in many markets.
