Sonrotoclax (Beqalzi, BeOne Medicines) is a next-generation BCL2 inhibitor tablet. The US FDA approved it in May 2026 for relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma, after a conditional approval in China. PharmaTradz handles enquiries for authorised supply of the originator product (named-patient and import-permit orders), and connects developers, API makers and licensees preparing for patent expiry.

Product Description:
Sonrotoclax blocks BCL2, a protein that keeps cancer cells alive by switching off their built-in self-destruct pathway (apoptosis). It works in the same way as venetoclax but binds BCL2 more tightly and is cleared from the body faster, which allows shorter dose ramp-up and use in combinations.
The US FDA granted sonrotoclax accelerated approval as Beqalzi in May 2026 for adults with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma after at least two lines of therapy, including a BTK inhibitor. China gave it conditional approval earlier in 2026. BeOne Medicines (formerly BeiGene) is also developing it with its BTK inhibitor zanubrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. Doses are built up gradually using 1, 5, 20 and 80 mg tablets to lower the risk of tumour lysis syndrome.
Sourcing and licensing notes. Sonrotoclax is patented and made only by BeOne; there is no generic. We handle authorised-supply enquiries and connect developers and licensees interested in the molecule ahead of patent expiry.
