Relacorilant (Lifyorli, Corcept Therapeutics) is a selective glucocorticoid receptor modulator used with nab-paclitaxel for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The US FDA approved it in March 2026, and the EMA committee recommended approval in September 2026. PharmaTradz handles enquiries for authorised supply of the originator product (named-patient and import-permit orders), and connects developers, API makers and licensees preparing for patent expiry.

Product Description:
Relacorilant blocks the glucocorticoid receptor, the receptor that cortisol acts on. In tumour cells, cortisol signalling switches on survival pathways that blunt the effect of chemotherapy. By blocking it, relacorilant makes taxane chemotherapy work better. Unlike mifepristone it does not block the progesterone receptor.
The US FDA approved relacorilant as Lifyorli in March 2026, together with nab-paclitaxel, for platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer. It is supplied as 25 mg and 100 mg capsules. The EMA's committee gave a positive opinion in September 2026, and the European Commission's decision is pending. Corcept has also studied relacorilant in Cushing's syndrome.
Sourcing and licensing notes. Relacorilant is patented and made only by Corcept; there is no generic. We handle enquiries for authorised supply of Lifyorli where import is allowed and connect developers and licensees interested in the molecule ahead of patent expiry.
