Product Description:
Rucaparib Camsylate is an orally active poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor used in the treatment of certain cancers, particularly ovarian and prostate cancers with BRCA mutations. By inhibiting PARP enzymes, it prevents the repair of single-strand DNA breaks in cancer cells, leading to cell death.
It is supplied as a white to off-white crystalline powder, stable under normal storage conditions, and suitable for formulation into solid oral dosage forms.
