Product Description:
Atracurium is a short-acting, non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocker used to induce skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation. It works by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles, causing temporary paralysis. Atracurium is often preferred in patients with impaired liver or kidney function because it undergoes organ-independent metabolism (Hofmann elimination).
