List your API on PharmaTradz
Formulation manufacturers, CDMOs and licensed importers come to us looking for APIs that are hard to source. If you make them, we would like to send those enquiries your way.
How it works
- Tell us what you make. The APIs, grades and the regulatory files you hold: US DMF, CEP, EU ASMF, Japanese, Korean or Chinese filings, and written confirmation for the EU.
- We check your documents. We look at your GMP certificate and confirm your filings. Once that is done, your listing carries a "Verified" mark.
- You receive matched enquiries. Each one tells you the molecule, grade, quantity, target market and whether samples are needed. You decide whether to quote.
What we ask for
- Company name, country and a contact in business development or regulatory affairs
- The APIs you want to list, or your product list as a spreadsheet or PDF
- Your GMP approvals (for example WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, US FDA, PIC/S members, PMDA, NMPA)
- Which filings you hold for each API and whether you can issue a letter of access
We do not ask for your full DMF or technical documents up front. Those are shared only when a real enquiry is on the table, and only under a confidentiality agreement.

Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing an API and receiving matched enquiries is free.
Will buyers see our company name?
Only if you choose that. By default your listing shows the molecule, grade, regulatory files and country, and we pass enquiries to you privately. Contact details are exchanged only when both sides agree.
Do you need our DMF or dossier up front?
No. We ask for your GMP certificate and a short summary of your files (US DMF number, CEP, ASMF, written confirmation). Technical documents are shared only when a real enquiry is on the table, under a confidentiality agreement.
Which APIs are you most interested in?
High-potency and hard-to-make molecules, APIs for medicines about to go generic, biologic drug substances and plasma-derived products. You will find 314 of them on our specialty API list, but you can list any API you make.
